Alkaline 3-Strong Alkaline Mode to pH 11.5 (functional water) 

Alkaline 2-Medium Alkaline Mode to 9.5 (called cooking water)

Alkaline 1-Light Alkaline mode to 8.5 (called drinking water)

H2O- Purified Water, not especially good for drinking

Acidic 1-Light Acidic Mode (facewash water)

Acidic 2-Strong Acidic Mode (cleaning water)

pH Level-Voltage level (can adjust pH strength using voltage)

Voice- On or Off (audible explanation of what is happening)

Filter Replacement Indicator

Set- Indicates if you activate system set-up mode
